A Really Easy Grilled Salmon Recipe
It is a very easy to cook salmon recipe using a grill, useful for the days when you have no time to spend in the kitchen. It is served with vegetables.
Ingredients
4 big salmon fillets
Ginger
Garlic
Cinnamon pieces
Vegetables (which you like more)
Directions
Wash the salmon fillets, spray them with lemon juice and put them on a salver with cooking paper. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, cinnamon pieces, cut garlic and ginger. Add some water and cover it with cooking paper and grill it at your oven. Let is grill for 25-30 minutes. After that take it out of the oven and serve it with boiled vegetables.
Tips
You can add at your vegetables also boiled potatoes, cut in pieces. Serve it with white wine.
