Grilled Salmon Steak – A Perfect Barbecue Recipe
This recipe is for 4 persons and takes one hour to prepare it. Is very good for a special barbeque. It is very delicious for those who love steak and want to try something else.
Ingredients
2 pounds of salmon
Salt
Pepper
Garlic and rosemary
500 tomatoes and 500 potatoes
Stamped savory
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
A hot pepper
Directions
Take a salmon and lard it with rosemary and garlic. Notch the salmon and add salt as much as you like. Cover it with a plastic foil and let it for one hour in the fridge to macerate its self.
Meanwhile cut the potatoes and put them to boil with salt as you are preparing matched potatoes. After they are boiled quash it with olive oil, salt and savory.
Prepare the grill, let it warm, anoint it with onion or fat and lay the salmon and the tomatoes cut in 2. If you prefer the fish to be spicy add some hot pepper.
After the salmon is parched well is served with potatoes and hot grilled tomatoes.
Tips
Leave the fish around 30 minutes on the grill. You can serve it also with a dry red wine, though white is classic.
