Salmon Grilling Recipes (Salmon with Boiled Vegetables)

This is a very simple and light recipe, for those that are on diet. It is very healthy and you can play with the vegetables you chose to cook. The recipe is for 4 persons.

Ingredients

2 pounds of salmon
Salt, pepper, savory, 3-4 potatoes
1/2 pounds of canned corn
1/4 pounds of green bean
1-2 carrots, 2 tomatoes
1 cup of butter
2-3 pieces of garlic
1 parsley
3-4 onion

Directions

Spice the salmon with salt, pepper and savory. Cover it with a foil and leave it for few minutes in the fridge.
Skin the potatoes and the carrots, wash them and cut them in small pieces. Put them boil along with the green bean. After they boiled mix them with the corn, add the butter, the stamped garlic and pour some salt and pepper.
Warm the grill, anoint it with some oil in order not to burn the fish and put the salmon pieces on the heat. After they parched (20-30 minutes) put them on a plate, add the vegetable mix and serve it with lemon and green salad.

Tips

Serve this grilled Salmon with a good, dry quality white wine.
